WARRANTY
Pro Comp AustS COVERED
Any new Pro Comp Aust purchased by you from a Pro Comp Dealer
is covered by this Limited Warranty.
Standard Coverage
If your Pro Comp Radial Tyre becomes unserviceable as a result
of an eligible adjustable condition during the first 10% of tread
wear, it will be replaced with an equivalent new Pro Comp Aust,
FREE OF CHARGE, excluding mounting and balancing. When the tread
is worn more than 10%, a replacement charge will be required in
order to obtain a replacement tyre (freight is not included).
The replacement charge will be determined by multiplying your
original purchase price by the percentage of original tread depth
worn from the tyre. You must pay for mounting, balancing and any
other additional charges, such as freight or the acceptance of
higher-priced replacement tyre.
TREAD WEAR PROTECTION
The following Pro Comp Aust is warranted against excessive tread
wear prior to the applicable indicated mileage.

Radial All Terrain 80,000*
Xtreme AT 65,000*
*Kilometre warranty applies to light truck Radial All Terrain & Radial Xtreme A/T tyre lines.
Provided that you:
- Are the original owner.
- Rotate your tyres in accordance with prescribed rotation
patterns at least every 10,000 kilometres, it is recorded in
the rotation schedule provided, a copy of which is faxed to Pro
Comp corporate office on 03 8795 7866 at every rotation interval.
- Present the tyre for adjustment.
- Present the warranty booklet when requesting an adjustment
and the date of purchase, vehicle type, model, odometer reading,
and rotation record.
- If the tyre wears to the tread wear indicators in less than
the kilometres warranted, a pro-rated adjustment will be made
according to actual kilometres delivered. Your replacement cost
will be determined by dividing the actual kilometres delivered
by the kilometres warranted and multiplying the result times
the current selling price of the equivalent or comparable replacement
tyre. You must pay for mounting and balancing and any other additional
charges or accept a higher priced replacement tyre.
TREAD LIFE
When the tread becomes worn to a 2/32” (1.6mm) shown by
tread wear indicators moulded into the tread grooves the tyre is
worn out.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Adjustments will not be made for a tyre which becomes unserviceable
due to:
- Conditions resulting from road hazards, such as (A) impact
damage, (B) cuts, (C) snags, or (D) punctures.
- Conditions resulting from (A) improper installation, (B)
wheel misalignment, or (C) tyre/wheel assembly imbalance.
- Conditions resulting from consumer damage, such as: (A)
improper tyre and vehicle maintenance, (B) misuse, (C) abuse,
(D) accidents.
- Ride complaints after the first 10% of tread wear.
- Use in any commercial, racing, or off-road application.
- Ozone or weather checking on tyres over four (4) years from
date of manufacturer or tyres which are:
a. Worn unevenly and/or show a difference of 2/32” (1.6mm)
between the grooves.
b. Installed on any vehicle on which it was first installed.
c. Branded “NON-ADJ” (Non-adjustable).
- Tyres branded “BLEMISH,” “MALWEAR” or “NON-UNIF” (non-uniform)
is not covered under the Pro Comp Tread Wear Protection provided
herein.
REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
If you receive a replacement tyre under the terms of this warranty,
the replacement tyre will be covered by the warranty then currently
given by Pro Comp for the tyre.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Any tyre, no matter how well constructed, may fail in service
or otherwise become unserviceable due to conditions beyond the
control of the manufacturer. Nothing in this warranty is intended
to be a representation by Pro Comp Aust that tyre failure cannot
occur.
Pro Comp Disclaims Any Liability For Incidental Or Consequential
Damages To The Extent Permitted By Law.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights that may vary from state to state.
OWNER’S OBLIGATION
When making a claim, you must return the tyre to be replaced to
your Pro Comp Aust dealer and sign the customer signature section
of the Pro Comp Aust Claim Form. Proper vehicle and tyre care is
necessary to obtain the expected wear from a tyre. It is your obligation
to properly maintain your tyres and the vehicle upon which they
are mounted, including: (A) operating your tyres at the inflation
pressures recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, (B) keeping
your tyre/wheel assemblies in balance, and (C) proper wheel alignment.
We recommend that you have your Pro Comp Aust dealer inspect your
tyres any time you notice irregular or uneven tread wear and rotate
them. If necessary you can obtain assistance by contacting Pro
